⚠️ Important: All disputes must be submitted through the appropriate platform. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions.
✅ What Qualifies for a Refund, Resend, or Return
We will process a refund, resend, or return under the following circumstances:
1. Order Delays

Orders lacking tracking information or pending for over 60 days after departure may qualify for a refund or resend.

Specific country timelines:

USA: 45 days after departure

Brazil: 110 days after departure (due to customs delays)

Other Shipping Methods: 100 days after departure

⚠️ Important: Orders delayed due to address issues or held at the local post office are the customer’s responsibility to collect.
2. Orders Not Received

Delivered Status: If tracking shows “delivered,” no refund or resend will be processed without an official non-delivery certificate from the local post office.

Tracking Issues: If tracking shows address errors, customs clearance issues, or “unclaimed” status, please contact your local post office.
3. Damaged Products

Full refund or replacement for products significantly damaged on arrival.

Partial refund or replacement for products with minor cosmetic damage (small scratches, slight wrinkles).

⚠️ Fragile Items: It is recommended to apply for a refund if fragile goods are badly damaged.

⚠️ Packaging Damage: We do not offer refunds for packaging damage alone.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products

Full refund or replacement for incorrect items received.

Refund or resend for incorrect sizes or colors that do not affect product functionality.

Partial refund or resend for missing parts that do not impact product usage; full resend if functionality is affected.

5. Order Cancellations

Full refund available if the order is canceled before products are processed or shipped.

🔍 How to Submit a Dispute
To submit a dispute, please include:

Photos or videos clearly showing product issues.

Screenshots of customer communication (e.g., emails, chat screenshots).

Product returns if requested.
⚠️ Important Notes & Exceptions
1. Dispute Deadlines

Disputes must be filed within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
2. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by:

Natural disasters

Epidemics

Customs issues

War, strikes, or political unrest
3. Shipping Method Restrictions

Disputes may not be processed for shipping methods that do not include tracking.
4. Delivery Location Restrictions
We may not process disputes for deliveries to certain regions with known logistics challenges.
5. Returns

Returns must be authorized first by CozyDeal customer service.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
6. Service-Based Products

Services (such as packaging or digital goods) are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Unacceptable Disputes
The following will not be accepted as valid reasons for refund/resend:

Buyer’s change of mind

Minor dissatisfaction without clear product issues

Delays caused by force majeure events

Unauthorized returns

Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer

Disputes cannot be opened once the order status is marked “closed.”
Force Majeure Clarification

CozyDeal will not be liable for delays or damage caused by unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to update customers if significant delays occur.
Shipping Method and Destination Limits

Some shipping methods may lose tracking after entry into certain countries.

CozyDeal is not liable for lost or delayed shipments using non-trackable methods.
Returns

Returns are accepted only to designated warehouses.

We recommend caution due to the high cost and risk of international returns.
Services Products

No refunds for services once completed or delivered.
